Astellas Manager, Business Solutions interview questions

Applied through the online portal. Got contacted by email to arrange for a remote interview with HR. Person on the other end extremely abrupt and dry on email. Interview rolls in and no one calls, decided to chase on phone number provided - deactivated, decide to chase on email - deactivated, had to ring their offices and email their HR to get to the bottom of the situation. Itw rescheduled and got told some lies about the colleague having to leave the office due to an emergency, sure when that happens to me i deactivate my emails too. Shockingly unprofessional for a company this size, utter chaos in their HR department clearly, does not reflect well at all.
