The process of recruitment is rather fast. I got test on monday and hr interview on wednesday, on friday I scheduled to be interviewed with psychiatrist. Unfornately I blew it. Overall it was an fun experience, but It was too bad I cannot apply any astra group for next 1 year (kind of unwriten rules of astra if we failed).
