I had participated in campus hiring Turangga Resources in Bandung (ITB) at 31 July 2024. That experience was not good, especially I felt truly intimidated during psychologist interview. One month later, I got invitation again through WA (still from same number) to attend Turangga Resources campus hiring in Semarang (UNDIP) at 3 September 2024. I tried to confirm this through WA, but they didn't response. Despite that doubt, I decided to attend the campus hiring, with positive thinking and hope I will eventually join the company. I pushed, again, my capability in doing Psychological Test (yes, I did again psikotest !), filling up their lengthy Employment Application Form, and finally attend to Psychologist Interview. Then, again, I was failed, didn't pass to the next stage (HC interview). Although, I got small positive experience during Psychologist Interview (in this opportunity I really enjoyed talking, the interviewer was truly open minded), and finally (finally, this time) the recruitment team responded to my WA inquiry about ambiguous/confusing announcement in HC Interview candidates. However, I decided to remark my overall experience for Turangga Resources recruitment process as "bad" considering these additional points: 1. Ambiguous/unclear requirements in job vacancy. Only position CSR Officer open for all majors, but I predict there could be additional hidden requirements for that position. 2. I wasted time (almost 3 days, going to Semarang from Jakarta took 6 hours...) and money (800K IDR total) by attending this Semarang campus hiring. From participation at Bandung campus hiring 1 month ago, I wasted time 1 day and money 200K IDR. So total I wasted 1 million IDR from this two times Turangga Resources campus hiring participation. In the end, for the first time, I had to block Turangga Resources WA number to avoid them contact me again. Kindly don't offer scam opportunity to me. If my application actually doesn't satisfy the job requirement, then don't invite me to the hiring process, simple as that. I think hiring process quality conducted by Turangga Resources is still very far from the ASTRA INTERNATIONAL's standard. You might be important pillars to the ASTRA by producing and selling coals, but I am very disappointed from those above experience and honestly I don't want to join again any Turangga Resources recruitment process in the future. To the future candidates even until receive offer : remember, you will work in the field, don't try to apply to other jobs, just enjoy work there yah 😊
