Applied online. I got a call from the recruiter 2 weeks later. Had 3 phone interviews: one with the hiring manager and 2 with the people in the lab. I was called in for an onsite interview. Interview process was long. Ten 30 minute interviews with various departments. Gave a 1 hour seminar on my Ph.D. thesis work. All in all a very positive experience.
Pre-interview pymetrics assessment. 2 rounds. 1 with hiring manager, 1 with hiring manager and technical expert. Technical expert was asking basic technical questions not related to the role most of the time.
