The process was pitiful. Initially the people I interviewed with (and, how's this for corny , they actually, seriously dubbed themselves "the New York Squad") came across as clueless. Over several weeks the job description underwent several heavy edits, each one, by it's lack of clarity or insight, providing more evidence that the "Squad" were imbeciles, frauds or both. As the process groaned on, it become clear that the hiring team were also callously abusive , rude (no feedback post interview) and disrimnatory (I am 61 years old.) I am pursuing the illegalities in other channels, but I feel obligated to be totally transparant so other candidates know to stay far away from AstaZenea and their partners in this abomination , Indigene.
