I've been contacted on LinkedIn by an internal recruiter asking to apply online. I did it and, after a week, I've then been emailed saying they wanted to proceed, I thought they've reviewed my resume and selected to proceed. I have been rejected after the very first 30 minutes informal interview. At my request if I could get the feedback, I've been told that I lack experience on some minor AWS services of which the interviewer didn't even ask about nor mentioned on the role description. Basically, I've been rejected because I didn't list every single service I've used in my career, and they didn't deem to ask or to check anything else with a proper tech interview.
