I was shortlisted and invited for values and behaviour interview with the head of user experience and a user researcher in the company. Before the interview, I was contacted that about some delays and the interview was rescheduled. At the interview, the questions were around my experience as a user researcher and not so much about the values and behaviour. In the end, I was told before the end of the week I will be contacted about the outcome. I never heard from them. The following week, I dropped a line to the HR about the outcome and after a few days they told me they are not progressing with the application. When I asked for feedback, they never replied. I would like to work for a company who applies values and behaviour across the board and they are not some written words on the website.
