Interview
I was invited to an interview with HR. Had a general conversation about my experience, understanding of the role, expectations. The HR person confirmed that he will book the next session with the hiring manager for the next week. Then, nothing happened, I received an automated e-mail stating that I was not selected for the role etc.
Usually 3 rounds. An initial screening call, then two separate interviews. One of the interviews is values and behaviors and the other one is technical. AZ will provide you a packet to help with the questions. It follows STAR

Three rounds, very professional, including hr screening, hm interview and panel interviews. Panel interview also has different sessions. I learned a lot from the interview process. Hope to have more opportunities in future.
