Interviews for an MSL position at AstraZeneca include four stages:
1. an initial conversation with the recruiter,
2. a Zoom interview with the recruiter and a senior MSL,
3. an on-site simulation that includes presenting a scientific paper and answering related questions, and
4. a final interview with a senior manager and the Head of Medical.
Overall, the process is very clear. It is somewhat long, but the overall experience is very positive.
