AstraZeneca interview questions

Chaotic. The interviewers were direct and actually nice to talk to, but the scheduling process was very unprofessional and time wasting, full of communication issues, very disrespectful to candidate, please think twice before applying to the Redwood City location, perhaps the hiring coordinating/HR group was outsourced or contracted.

Applied at the of October. Received email for phone screening call in 1st week of January . Then phone screen call an one-to one virtual MS teams meeting with one of the directors of Biosamples department. Then two weeks later final interview occurred. Final interview had two steps - technical and value based interview. Value based interview went quite well . However, technical interview was quite difficult. So I was not surprised when I got rejection email today. A bit heartbroken after going through this lengthy process .
