I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at AstraZeneca
Interview
The interviewer did not seem familiar with the specifics of the role, which made it difficult to effectively showcase my suitability. When asked about the daily responsibilities, they were unable to provide a clear answer. Instead, they emphasized a task that wasn’t even mentioned in the job posting, which was misleading. They also appeared disengaged, possibly due to the high volume of interviews they were conducting. After waiting more than a month, I was finally informed that I hadn’t progressed to the next round. While feedback was technically available, it consisted of a generic statement that "stronger candidates were selected," offering little insight.
