interview with quality head and HR manager at the same time to ask you about your back ground experience , managerial skills leadership and challenge you how you will add value to Astra then a case study for 45 minutes in a separate room , you have enough time to read the case and to start writing . the whole process was easy and simple , no pressure was enforced to me
