The first few interviews with the team members were ok. The initial interview was kind of strange and being put on the spot to answer questions about a made-up product and how I would go about gathering the info needed for the product without much info on what the product was or how it worked. After some back and forth with more and more probing, we got it figured out and I guess I answered well enough to be sent onto the next round. I believe the 2nd person must have liked me as well as I was advised by the "Co-CEO" which was the 3rd interview, that he had heard great things about me and was anxious to meet. After the interview being rescheduled about 4-5 times I was starting to get the impression that they were not taking this very seriously but I continued to proceed forward with interest. Upon speaking with this younger gentleman, some of the questions were not applicable to a Product Management position at all and I feel that this may have ended the interview as the tone changed immediately. Based on several things leading up to this interview, as well as the interview itself and afterwards, I feel as if they are either "only looking for someone within a certain ethnic group" which has been noted previously or else they are just unable to be pleased as they are continually posting the same job over and over again despite interviewing people that are more than qualified to do the job. Despite 2 different HR reps reaching out to me over the process to be sure I was still interested due to the length of time between interviews, they never had the courtesy to get back to me afterwards with any feedback or updates. This company either doesn't have their stuff together or the management isn't taking these positions seriously enough to get filled.
