I had 5 calls plus an assignment. It would've been a positive experience if I felt that my time had been respected more, which is disappointing:
Screen, hiring manager, VP, VP, take-home (case study+excel, 7 files in total], presentation to hiring manager
The hiring team was often unorganized: the recruiter would ask for availability last minute; some interviews lacked structure; one call with a senior leader was scheduled for 30m, but ran nearly 2 hours.
The take-home evaluated healthcare knowledge, writing ability, and Excel skills. While effective, this workload was the equivalent of two assignments interviewing for a similar role at a similar organization.
I received no update from the recruiter after my final interview and only received a response a month later when I directly messaged the hiring manager.
