I applied in-person. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Asurion (Coon Rapids, IA) in May 2013
Interview
The interview was pretty laid back. They asked simple questions if I think I could handle the high stress of calls, why I wanted to work there, etc.
Please note that I took this interview in 2012 or 2013 when the company was NEW, my mother worked there and I personally knew the boss so my questions are most likely different.

Question 1
How would you handle a difficult or irate customer?
Unprofessional and too laid back. I expected more after hearing positive feedback about the company. Such a disappointment. One interviewer was late, one had a background that was flashing and distracting - maybe it was a strategic move but it was annoying.

How would you sell an iphone? Tell me about yourself, etc. They were pretty basic questions.
