To everyone reading his, I truly hope this will be a help to you... I applied for this position once it appeared on my search on indeed.com. Just to set the scene for you to give you an idea of a time frame, I applied on a Friday morning around 1am (I figured since it was my day off, go for it and see what happens). I received a phone call 7 hours later around 8:30am. The person in talent acquisitions informed me they would be sending me an email, within 5 minutes with a link to do an assessment test. I registered online with Asurion and completed the test as required. Once the test was completed, I received an email asking me if I could do a phone interview on Monday. I replied yes to the talent acquisition specialist and we worked out a time. Monday arrived, and I had the phone interview which was quite pleasant. We wee laughing and having a great time more than anything and it was completely stress free. It was as if I was speaking wit an old friend. I was then invited to do an interview in person on the upcoming Friday (one week from the date I submitted the application). I accepted and an email appeared for me to select a time for Friday and it gave me the name of the person who would be interviewing me. Friday, I arrived an hour early to be sure I could observe and get a feel for the environment. It seemed pretty secure as security there was on point and everyone employed seemed to be in a very good mood. When I met the person who interviewed me, it was a good interaction. We ended up laughing and having a great time and other managers stopped by to say hi during the time as well. I was informed that it was a great interview which was followed by an immediate call and I was offered the position and the offer letter was in my email in my inbox. Overall, you need to be confident and market yourself in a way that shows you are different than the rest, yet a team player and working towards the common goals of the success of the organization.
