Interview
All communication, interviews, and process leading up to the final interview was mostly professional.
The final interview however featured a grumpy HR rep chastising me for something that person had no business complaining about, a member the company's senior management filling up a page with doodles during an interview, and a lackadaisical group manager who had clearly already decided to hire someone else.
The interview process was hours of back to back interviews with no break. While this clearly indicates amateurism in HR practice, I didn't recognize it until later. If I had, I literally would've walked out of the building before the final interview even began. Additionally, the use of an online reference tool is also quite lazy and makes it difficult to take the process seriously.
