After the skills assessment, if you pass, someone will e-mail you and call about a basic phone screening. Next you get the e-mail to select a day & time with your choice of interviewers. The interview itself is just one-one-one with lots of tech questions about cell phones and how you use yours.

The questions were all about cell phone features, what apps you use, how you apply technology in your life, etc. They want you to be neck-high in it and super enthusiastic about cellulars.

It was a zoom interview followed by a phone interview. they asked multiple questions regarding previous work history and question to get to know you individually. They also talked about the job requirements and certain metrics that needed to be met to fulfill the position with them

I had to interview 3 times. First time I interviews with s recruiter, then the next I interviewed with another talent manager. The first 2 interviews were very similar, while the 3rd one included an assessment that I needed to take online. After my assessment, they cancelled my interview.
