The recruiter Camyron was pleasant enough to work with. Your standard interview questions and traditional EA role. I was then schedule for an on-site which was to consist of a manager, team member and VP that I would support. The VP decide to blow off his schedule and they decided not to inform me so I came for my on-site and interviewed w/manager and team member but not the actual person I’d be supporting. They instead pull someone random to fill the interview time. It’s very unprofessional to waste candidates valuable time with such poor communication, Asurion is not that great of a company to treat humans that way. We’re taking time off to interview for opportunities and it’s a two way street. I told the recruiter what happened and she was apologetic, I heard from her 1 week later saying they went with another candidate. I wasn’t surprised to say the least. Be professional about interviewing and mindful of candidates time. Needless to say the position is open again only after 3 months.
