first, i had a general phone call in which i was given a brief overview of the company and i gave the company a brief background on myself and what my interests are. I then i had a 4 hour in person panel interview that consisted of me answering questions in the STAR method

Interview
Applied on website. Called about couple weeks later by internal recruiter. The recruiter setup a phone call with hiring manager following week. The hiring manager 45 min overall who I am and what I bring to the table. Recruiter called me back hr later saying that they would like to fly me out to Nashville. Couple days later flew out to Nashville on their expense. 5 rounds of interviews with no time for lunch.

Nothing hard. Some were STAR format which is okay to interview but does not really show your skills. The STAR format is good for sales role not IT function.
