Question 1
Why are some of the major apps you use and how are they beneficial to you?
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Asurion (Thomson, GA) in Jan 2016
Interview
Applied online through indeed.com. Received email wanting to move forward. Set up, was a phone automated interview asking tell about a time questions. The next day, received email setting up on the phone interview with HR recruiter, 20mins interview same questions, tells more about the position. Same day received email for phone interview with supervisor, 30 mins, similar questions, MUST HAVE NO NOISE IN BACKGROUND OR YOU'RE DISQUALIFIED from going forward. Same day received email to go forward and offer. First had to accept and scan initial paperwork concerning job offer and job description. After that it's just confirming that your system meets requirements, purchasing headsets (for computer usb headset and one for landline), antivirus protection. Drug test and background check took 5 days, 2nd round of paperwork is signing and faxing back to HR and mailing to different address prior to start date. Hardest part was I-9 notary, it's all electronic and it was hard finding someone willing to allow you to open your email on their computer in order to access the link to complete section 2 of the I-9.
After all of that our start date was pushed back but only one week so next Monday I'll officially start working. Good luck to you all and come join the team :-)

Next day received another email saying they would like to move forward in the hiring process and I should be hearing back from someone in 48hrs. I am still waiting to hear back. If nothing by today.
