I rated the overall experience as negative because I applied to a Sr. UX Designer position only to find out it was, in fact, a hybrid design/developer role. I applied online and was contacted by a recruiter within a few days for the initial screen which lead to a phone conversation with the product team two days later. We scheduled the on site interview a few days later; I interviewed with five different people over the course of about 4 hours. The people ranged from management, development, and design. The panel was professional and personable.
