One Technical Round on Phone and 2 hours of onsite interview . They selected me but then they gave some reasons for rescuing my salary based on my visa status and then HR never replied to me even to discuss . This was unprofessional behavior from them as they never came back to discuss and kept me in dark .

Node js , AWS , scaling a system , bit of core java , last experience , half an hour of soft skill experience . There was a remote video call with the Enterprise Architect . 2 small technical rounds of 30 min each
The interview went very well, and everyone I spoke with was extremely kind, welcoming, and professional. I appreciated the conversation and felt comfortable throughout the entire experience as well overall.

Had a call with a recruiter and after that a team wanted to do a round of interviews. The interview process was with a 3rd party that they outsource their tech screens to. I found this incredibly unprofessional and impersonal as interviews are a way for candidates to get a feel for the team they will be working with.
If I am taking time out of my day, your engineer can take an hour out of their day too. This speaks volumes about the culture at this company.
