She was very polite and gave me small tour before the interview, we sat down in a conference room and she read me questions from her laptop. Mostly situational questions not much to do about my knowledge of technology, not much eye contact

Quick and easy but went a while with no communication for start date that was ultimately changed. Will have to call to get interview after submitting application as they will not call you.

Interview
The interview provides was straightforward, they explained the role well. They were very open and honest about what to expect and how training would be. I really enjoyed training with everyone and meeting some of the higher ups.
Very organized and easy process. The hiring managers and recruiting kept you very informed in each step of the interview and hiring process. The onboarding went smoothly and the staff follow up was great.
