      Supplier Quality Engineer Interview

      May 2, 2013
      Anonymous employee
      Accepted offer
      Positive experience
      Average interview

      Application

I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Asurion

      Interview

The hiring process began with applying online for a Leadership Development program with the company. This kicked off a series of phone interviews, with the final interview being at one of Asurion's TN locations. The first two phone interviews were generic questions, while the third consisted of a case study that was sent 30 minutes prior to the interview and was the focus of a few of the questions. The final interview took place at an Asurion facility, and included meeting with 2 on-site Managers at a time (2 separate interviews) where they asked mostly success/failure experience questions (I had little to no applicable job experience other than part time jobs as a college graduate). This was the final step in the interview process.

      Question 1

Trying to recall difficult/failed experiences within team dynamics and turning them into a positive answer was the most difficult part of the interviewing process.
