Went through 3 interviews, mostly situational questions. Recruiter does screening, operations team conducted a video conference interview, final interview came with Senior Management onsite. They are open to listening to why they should hire you, so come prepared to pitch your talents.

I attended a hiring fair for supervisors that I learned about on Facebook. First met with a supervisor and a site Operations Manager. They asked me various situation and STAR based questions. I was then advanced to the second interview with the site director and a senior manager. They asked me to briefly walk through my resume and we had more of a conversation style meeting about my background and what they were looking for. I was advised that I would be contacted the next week on their decision. They called me the next day with an offer. It was a great experience overall.
