I applied through other source. I interviewed at Asurion
Interview
I was an internal applicant at Asurion. From the initial meeting to the final offer, the whole process was very smooth. The progression of interview stages was pretty standard...
1) Intro meeting to discuss background and goals
2) Discussion of previous projects on a conceptual level
3) Evaluation of technical ability - this included a whiteboarding session to walk through, in detail, a deep learning model build I had done. I was challenged on methodology, and had to explain reasoning for decisions, knowledge of inner workings, etc.
4) Offer
Overall, it was a positive and challenging interview process that fully assessed my ability. When the offer came in, I was confident both sides had a comprehensive view of expectations, abilities, and goals.
