Over the phone interview. Only behavioral questions asked. Never received a call back. Nice people though. Time allotted for the behavioral interview was 30 minutes but it only took around 10 minutes to get through.
The interview went very well, and everyone I spoke with was extremely kind, welcoming, and professional. I appreciated the conversation and felt comfortable throughout the entire experience as well overall.

Had a call with a recruiter and after that a team wanted to do a round of interviews. The interview process was with a 3rd party that they outsource their tech screens to. I found this incredibly unprofessional and impersonal as interviews are a way for candidates to get a feel for the team they will be working with.
If I am taking time out of my day, your engineer can take an hour out of their day too. This speaks volumes about the culture at this company.
