Interview
I had one phone interview and was invited onsite for a SuperDay where I had three interviews with one interviewee. It was primarily behavioral with a few brainteasers. The interviews were short and the recruitment team made everyone feel very welcome.

In the first interview we walked through my resume. I was asked to elaborate on projects and walk through the UX steps/design process. I haven't heard back yet on the results of my application.

Interview
I talked with 5 different people via video chat because I was living out of state. It took 3 hours to complete. Everyone was prepared and nice. They asked questions to me, told me about themsleves, asked me to tell them about myself and then we went into my experience and they asked a few questions. Each meeting was about 45 minutes long. Be prepared to ask them questions at the end too.
