      Professor Interview

      Nov 10, 2014
      Anonymous Interview Candidate
      No offer
      Negative experience
      Difficult interview

      Application

I applied online. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Asurion in Aug 2014

      Interview

The initial interview process was well organized as I was to fly from Las Vegas, NV to Nashville, TN to complete an in-person interview. When I arrived in Nashville, the shuttle which was to take me to the hotel had stopped it's service for the night so I had to find a cab to transport me from the airport to the hotel. The recruiter did a great job in keeping me informed of my interview agenda and sent me all of the information I would need to be successful for the interview. The interview process was intense as I was scheduled to interview with 4 different people at different times. One of the interviews was to be conducted over the phone with the Senior HR Executive. She was 20 minutes late in contacting me and used her mobile phone for the interview. Using the mobile phone caused our connection to be jarbled and it was not an interview I would recommend in the furture. The final portion of the interview process I had created a presentation and was to present it to 3 of the 4 interviewers. Needless-to-say, only 1 interviewer showed up to the presentation. This part of the interview I felt was a complete mess on the company's part.

      Interview questions [1]

      Question 1

Most of the interview process used behaviorial interviewing techniques which I am familiar with so the questions stemming from this process were not unexpected.
