Interviewer did not contact for scheduled phone interview. Emailed recruiter and received notification via email day after saying they have decided to not interview me with no legitimate reason. Found this to be unprofessional as interview was scheduled 3 business days in advance.

Phone screening- the recruiter was 15 minutes late to the call to begin with and then informs we right away that the position was already filled.
