The next step was a short interview with one representative and a followup interview a few days later. The follow up interview was over the phone and took about 30 minutes. After that, I was invited for an in-person (or virtual) interview with the hiring manager. They also gave a few scenarios and asked how I would respond. The whole process was straightforward and focused on communication skills, patience, and problem-solving. It was an easy interview, they ask for experience details and then a little sales role-play. The interviewer was pretty cool, they ask also for the way you handle calls and sales management tools.
