I received an email offering an interview time and date. I responded and I had an interview with a guy he asked me basic customer service question that were asked on my application. He then told me after reviewing my application they would like to offer me a second interview with a Supervisor would I be available the next day I accepted and if I couldn't keep the interview time to call 1 800 number, I interviewed with a woman she very nice and she told me about the position and also explained I would have to sell a protection plan to customer and if I would have a problem with that.

The interview process was extremely informative and engaging. My interviewer was very well prepared with questions and answers that allowed for appropriate dialogue geared toward my candidacy and proper fit for the expressed role of Technical Customer Service Representative.
