I was asked to prepare an extensive financial analysis and was then ghosted afterwards. I had to follow up multiple times and finally assumed they had moved on. It was rude.

1) I was contacted by a recruiter because of my listed skills 2) Phone screen with the recruiter (who was very knowledgeable in my field) 3) 1:1 phone interview with the hiring manager 4) On-site interview with the hiring manager, two of his peers, and their manager 5) Very professional at each step, but I didn't feel that all members of the panel were committed to the process
