About 24 hours later I received an email asking to do a virtual interview; I went online and listened to a support call and had to answer questions like I was the tech, then I had to call a number and do an automated interview where I was being recorded. Then a few hours later a recruiter called me, asked me basic questions about my customer service skills. I have no tech knowledge or call center experience so she basically told me what to emphasize on since she really liked my personality. The next day I did an interview with a supervisor and he offered me the job.
