Went through the job description point for point with asking if I had XP in the company desired qualities and fields. High level of English vocabulary (one interviewer were English, the other Swedish). Fresh and motivated attitudes, honest in the possibilities and potential growth for me as a worker, and about the company's up/downs. Based recommendations on not just the position I interviewed for, but also potential other positions in the company that could benefit me based on my experience. Had good information about the personal group and work environment in my potential team, so I could make a better judgement if I could see myself working there.
