Interview process was basic, included 2 calls over 2 weeks, with three members of the design team. Process was very efficient, though low salary offer for NYC area given expectation of Masters.

Interview was straightforward and pleasant. Two rounds, with the second being a case study. There were a few mistakes in the case study but overall easy. Didn’t get any response back after the interview! Even though I personally knew two people (one was a professor and the other was a classmate). I guess this is normal for small firms to ghost you like this but something to keep in mind if you don’t hear back from them!
