You take 2 computer literacy tests on their computers, 1 for device knowledege and overall use of them, the other for internet browsing knowledge. After you finish, they place you in a waiting area where you give your availability and fill out paperwork that is then sent to FEMA. I didn't get an offer because when I went to file for the availability, they weren't accepting any part timers, even though all they said in their listing was 40 hours per week and that it was temporary, which I could have arranged in the 4 days I had available. Instead, the person booking me said the only way to help me is to place all my classes as virtual ones, as they only accept full time. Maybe put that on the actual listing then instead of giving hope to those that need it and just don't have the time to do full time. In the end, just a sour taste in my mouth that I wasted my time getting my hopes up for.
