Interview
Interviews do not really measure your ability to execute your duties as an XP. Can do better especially knowing they offer training to successful candidates. Also improve timing between calling one for an interview after completion of the tests.
It was not bad. I got interviewed and the process was fairly good. The questions were not that hard, just practical enough for the role. I can say I enjoyed my interview and the interviewer made the environment quite accommodate making me less tensed.
Tedious, sooo many processes. From the application, getting to the training is vigorous. The training itself is not a joke. Revise your cv, be confident and have a good diction of English
