The interview process was relatively easy; Straightforward; Nothing too unique or unusual. However, the entirety of the application process leaves more to be desired. It is symptomatic of a wrongful understanding of rigorous processes. It merely resembles a distinctive but dangerous want for bureaucracy and process fatigue. It is also indicative of a general distrust of their applicants that may or may not be swayed until completion thereof. Less is more, as it may be said. Additionally, the fact that you may or may not fail on every level of the application process seems counter-intuitive. The interview should be paramount and final instead of having to include another test after that. The interview should be the final basis for accepting an individual rather than engaging the person thereto a lot of bureaucratic nonsense. The quantity of the tests and the overall process does not equate to a perceived quality of the application.

Generally, the questions are easy to answer: (1) There will be a question about the IMP and which of the questions you found difficult. Think of it like a usual interview.
