I was scheduled for the interview but the interviewer never came. I waited for almost an hour and decided to leave the meet as it seemed like the interviewer had no chance of showing up
The interview process is too lengthy and tiresome. Personality test, behavioral tests, timed English tests, timed situation tests . The 1st interview with an Athena recruiter. I found the interviewer very biased. I think they should reduce the amount of tests they ask before the 1st interview. Too time consuming
