I applied through a staffing agency. I interviewed at Atimi Software (Vancouver, BC) in May 2021
Interview
The role itself was supposed to be at Vancouver, Canada. But the interview was done remotely through Zoom.
The interview was quite bizarre, the interviewer joined the Zoom call. He was super rude, arrogant and disrespectful, constantly interrupting and saying things like "what are you selling me, I have been doing software development for 25 years" even though I was just responding to his very direct questions about my work experience.
After 15 minutes of our interview he turned off his webcam and by the sound of it he started cooking food and making a lot of noise with his cookware. 15 more minutes (probably the food was cooked because the noise stopped) and he said "I don't have any more questions" even though we still had 30 more minutes to go, it was supposed to be 1 hour interview.
At that point I also wasn't interested in the job anymore, so I just thanked him for his time and left the call.
Good luck to those who get hired, take care.
I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Atimi Software (Bengaluru) in May 2013
Interview
very much attention to detail, it was not just about tech skill, it was more of a mindset. It would be better to be honest than to running around the bushes

Question 1
Test cases to note down, on whatever thing found in the room
Passionate on?
Why QA?
I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Atimi Software (Bengaluru) in Feb 2012
Interview
I would say interview process is really good. If you are not fake and know your job done in past well then you don't have to worry about anything. Interviewer will give you enough chances and time to explain about the question asked. Practical approach will be more appreciated then theoretically.
