All total there are 3 rounds in the recruitment process. First round was written round- consist of 60 technical questions and 30 aptitute question, to be solved in 90 mins. @nd round was group activity task( a bit different from GD). 3rd round consists of 2 part- technical interview round and then HR interview round.

Most unexpected question in the written round was 7-9 questions from "Instrumentation"
Telephone Interview and then Microsoft teams interviews online. HR Telephone interview was good, then progressed to 'assessment centre' style formal interviews. Overall I found that the experience was pretty positive.
Did all the tests and questions, spent a lot of time on the application. Never heard back from them even to advise I didn’t make it through to the next stage.

How have you improved efficiency with your company
Interview process consisted of online tests, recorded interview and then an in person interview with 2 senior employees of Atkins. After this you move into an assessment centre where you are tested on your teamwork and then an individual case study that they give you one hour to do without any pre work.
