Atkins has been acquired by SNC Lavalin so they have some different Business model. Rather than hiring permanent full time employees, they are hiring on contract. So I went for the walk-in Interview. It was quick. I went to Bangalore Office for the Interview. There were 2-3 rounds , depends on the post you are applying for. First was HR round. Second was the Technical (software Skills). Third was the Interview round. Then there was a quick HR round. I got the reply in 1 week.
