Treated like a number, not a person. Required to create a presentation based on a fictitious scenario; this is not a 5min ask, I probably spent the best part of a day creating and refining it. The interview is 15-20 running through the presentation, Q&A and then set questions around previous experience. The interview went very well, then radio silence; no feedback or communication. I chased HR weekly for over two months; they have made me an offer, no I won't be accepting it.
