I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Atkins (London, England) in Jun 2015
Interview
After I applied on-line, I tried to contact people via Linked In to get a flavour on the corporatre culture. This is when I heard from the hiring manager. We had then a preliminary phone interview, which went well and I was invited to a face to face interview. The process at Atkins was friendly, more some kind of general conversation but the interviewers were very experienced professionals so nothing was left to chance. I am afraid I didn't get the job because I was asked if I would work in a nuclear power plant (this has nothing to do with my skills or sectorial experience), and I replied I would rather be interested to work in a sector where I am experienced and have skills to offer.

Question 1
Describe a successful and a difficult project I worked on ?
Why am I interested in joining Atkins ?
What if (I was then asked if I would accepted to work on a dangerous site, which had nothing to do with my professional field) ?
It was good not too bad. Fairly easy questions, fairly fun presentation. Overall not a bad experience and was a really quick application process. Nothing more I can say just filling out this 30 word minimium
Lots of stages Good communication throughout the process Lots of opportunity to ask questions Phone interview, assessment centre, F2F interview then offer Assessment centre was fairly standard - writing, presenting, group task and then interview at the end
I applied online. I interviewed at Atkins (Edinburgh, Scotland) in Feb 2023
Interview
There was a briefing session in the morning which gave us more information about the role and the company. That was followed by another sessions which aimed at setting the expectations for the interview. The interview lasted for around 40-50 mins

The questions they asked were mostly related to my work experience, why I applied for that job and how I plan to cope with it.
