It Almost 2 months for the 3 rounds to be completed and HRs are excited only for first rounds, All other rounds you will have to follow up with HR team and they sometime may not respond, The issue might also be panel availability, But if they have a opening for the job they should be ready to complete the process and inform the candidates on the due process.
