Pros

Great people and culture environment great support and good leaders. Working from home benefits and office environments are lovely. Good team bonding and great social events both in person and virtually. Amazing leadership team from the practice to the CEO.

Cons

Many people (seniors mainly) work really long hours and devote their life to the company when you only get paid a salary. Felt like I was micromanaged during the end of my duration here. The graduate scheme was awful I’d give it a 2/10 (being nice here) Some colleagues expected you to know everything and put effort into the work.

Cons

- 40 hour weeks seems high compared to most rival companies which now do 37.5 hours. - Lots of online working and lack of office time (depending upon location).
