Relaxed and friendly between HR and supervisor who shared between generic questions about education and experience background, future interests, matching of skills with job requirements. Whole process was about an hour long. They explained the job role, my expectations and history of the company in the area - the accomplishments, how they did it and how I'd fit in.

The interviewers were easy-going. Couple of tough question, however overall positive. Panel interview with two technical and one Human Resource Person, all very professional and positive.
