Despite being assigned a task for the position, the details provided were unclear, and it was evident that they struggled to articulate what was needed. The task shared had numerous spelling errors, poor vocabulary, and improper formatting. I promptly pointed out these issues, but there was no response from their side. All tasks that were assigned were completed and shared as per their instructions. However, there has been no follow-up or clarification from their end. It seems inefficient to keep waiting indefinitely for a response regarding whether the submission met their criteria or if I have been selected. Their approach has been unprofessional, leaving the process uncertain and unnecessarily prolonged.
